Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide, mentor, and collaborate with team members to provide personalized instruction in a group environment
  • Evaluate students' learning progress and engagement during instructional sessions
  • Communicate student progress to parents and guardians
  • Deliver instruction in-center, online, or through a hybrid model utilizing the Mathnasium Method and teaching practices
  • Achieve proficiency with digital educational tools and systems
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and professional learning atmosphere
  • Assist with administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Strong passion for mathematics and working with students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and undergo training
  • High level of math proficiency, at least through Algebra I
  • Ability to balance leadership and instructional roles

All candidates will be required to complete a math literacy assessment to verify math proficiency, provide work authorization, and undergo a background screening.
