  • Work closely with senior leadership, IT, and business units to understand and meet their data and analytics needs.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of analytics initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in data analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative or technical field; Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Operations Research, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in analytics.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in people leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, manage multiple projects, and deliver results.
  • Experience in data science is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, SQL, and data visualization software. Experience with Python or R programming languages preferred.
  • Knowledge of businesses with complex data, services, and distribution models.
  • Must have proven technical leadership skills, team orientation, and a proactive and optimistic management style with the ability to lead high-talent, high-tech teams in local and remote locations.
  • Possesses exceptional business acumen and proven analytical mindset. Driven to be curious and learn how our business operates, makes money, and the value of a strong analytics strategy aligned to the business needs.
  • Ability to problem solve, think strategically and develop long-term plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and execution skills that deliver high-quality results.
