Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing, or related field required; Master's degree preferred. * Ten or more years of progressive experience in Marketing Analytics and insights work is required, * Five years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams. * Prior experience in financial services is strongly preferred. * Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic insights. * Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and data-driven decision-making. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and influence senior leadership. * Deep understanding of market segmentation, member research, UX, and market trends. Work Environment: Our company offers a dynamic hybrid work arrangement, which requires three days on-site work. Our retail roles are required to be onsite at the branch locations.
