Client Relations Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated professional in business development and relationship management to join our expanding sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build a robust pipeline of new business through effective prospecting, requiring in-depth knowledge of the market, service offerings, and competitors.
- Cultivate and sustain vital relationships with clients, including but not limited to property managers, business owners, healthcare professionals, hospitality sectors, agents, brokers, and maintenance teams.
Target Identification:
- Focus on existing relationships and new prospects for disaster response, engaging in field prospecting during optimal hours.
- Conduct educational and training initiatives to enhance sales in both commercial and residential sectors, including continuing education sessions, lunch-and-learn events, and co-marketing opportunities.
- Implement strategies to align with overall company objectives by identifying potential sales opportunities within the insurance and restoration industries.
- Collaborate closely with our Sales Consultant to drive profitable revenue growth.
- Participate in industry events regularly to network and generate leads.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships and maintain accurate records of marketing activities.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience is required, preferably within the restoration sector.
- Availability to attend networking events 2-4 evenings per month.
- Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CRM systems for tracking sales data is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is essential.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude is a must.
