We have developed a paperless, data-driven underwriting process that enables us to issue policies in less than one minute. As a result, we are one of the top distributors of digital life insurance policies in the world.

Our in-house marketing team generates approximately 20,000 new client requests per week, exclusively for our advisors. We use a data-driven approach to find and be found by motivated clients who have a need and desire to buy life insurance.

With our Direct-to-Consumer platform, clients can purchase an insurance policy on their own from their desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. The advisor who sent them to the site through a unique link gets paid the commission for the sale.

As a Griffin Agency advisor, you will earn an average compensation of $1,000 per issued client application. Our average full-time advisors will enroll at least five clients per week, while our top advisors will protect 15 to 20 clients per week.

In addition to commissions, you will earn overrides, bonuses, residuals, and all-expense-paid incentive travel. You are vested from day one, and you may qualify for equity incentives or an agency contract that gives you full ownership of your permanent residual income stream.

This position is remote, offering the freedom and tax benefits of being an independent contractor, combined with ongoing support and coaching from our team of experts.
