Job Summary

Burrow Global Construction, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the organization and maintenance of project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Establish and manage document control procedures to ensure efficient project document tracking, distribution, and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with project teams to collect, review, and update documents as necessary throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain document logs and databases, tracking document revisions, approvals, and distributions.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing project reports, meeting agendas, and other administrative documents.
  • Support project managers and team members with document retrieval and information requests.
  • Ensure adherence to document control protocols and industry standards.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with construction industry terminology and practices is preferred.
Education and Experience
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Additional certification or training in document control or administrative support is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the construction industry, is preferred.
