Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at TRP Infrastructures. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the division by handling payroll, accounts payable and receivable, credit cards, and clerical tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Administration – time review, coding, and data entry.
- Credit Card Maintenance – coding, collecting receipts, organizing files.
- Clerical Tasks – data entry, filing, copying, scanning, managing and organizing office files and documents.
- Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of administration experience supporting accounting, payroll, and HR. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is required. Additionally, experience with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks & NetSuite) and understanding of financial concepts and basic accounting principles are necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, are also essential. The ideal candidate should be organized with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work. They should be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision and possess reliable transportation to and from work Monday-Friday.
