Customer Service Account Manager Professional

Safety Control, LLC. offers fire protection and safety services nationally and regionally. As a Regional Accounts Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and connecting them with appropriate products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute plans to foster strong relationships with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service through regular service visits and prompt issue resolution
- Monitor and report on customer account status, including A/R and billing
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, account reconciliation, and special projects
Estimated Salary: $62,000 - $82,000 per year based on location and experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, preferred
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Strong computer and technology skills, specifically Microsoft products
- Team player attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond to benefit the customer and the company
