Job Description:

The Customer Service Coordinator will play a vital role in the Patient Access Center team by delivering outstanding customer service, managing patient inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, staff, and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in a healthcare-related industry
  • 2 years of experience working in a call center environment, preferably at University of Florida Jacksonville
  • Clerical/customer service experience, ideally in a healthcare-related industry (preferred)

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
