About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for meeting with residential clients to understand their kitchen and bath remodeling needs, generating estimates, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to discuss their remodeling projects and provide design solutions
  • Generate estimates and sales proposals for clients
  • Closing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with clients to create design plans and specifications
  • Process cabinetry projects from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ensure all estimates, invoices, and job sheets are accurate and up-to-date
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in kitchen and bath remodeling, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in design software, such as 20/20 Technologies or SketchUp
