About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Design and Sales Professional to join our team at Creative Cabinets and Fine Finishes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting with residential clients to understand their kitchen and bath remodeling needs, generating estimates, and making sales. Your goal will be to ensure that our clients have a positive experience and achieve their design vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shadow designers in the showroom during design appointments to gain a deeper understanding of our design process.
  • Greet potential clients and create a positive first impression for their visit to our showroom.
  • Assist the Lead Designer with drawings, layouts, and renderings, as well as completing sales spec sheets and job sheets.
  • Interact with customers, taking notes on their selections and preparing samples for designers to work with.
  • Attend showroom meetings and assist with product selections.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, documenting details of inquiries and comments.
  • Observe kitchen and bathroom project field measures, design consultations, deliveries, and installations.
  • Learn about all lines carried, including cabinets, countertops, tile, hardware, sinks, and more.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, ensuring samples are displayed and displays are updated.
  • Explore and present new ideas for showroom displays.
  • Pick up and deliver tile as needed to job sites.
  • Order decorative hardware and other products as needed.
  • Ensure full customer satisfaction and maintain a friendly, helpful demeanor.
