POSITION SUMMARY

The role involves providing inbound and outbound support within the service center, facilitating communication between member services and clients through phone interactions, customer service, surveys, and appointment scheduling. As a Bilingual Customer Support Associate, you will engage directly with third-party insurance members, addressing their concerns and assisting them in finding necessary solutions (such as appointments and referrals) to uphold their quality of life.

This position is based at our corporate office in Phoenix, with the option for remote work available after an introductory period, along with occasional office attendance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor while delivering customer service, ensuring respect for all clients.

  • Contribute to problem-solving initiatives and establish realistic objectives.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure continuity of care.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Handle incoming service inquiries and make outgoing calls for various purposes, including follow-ups and satisfaction surveys.
  • Schedule appointments and manage service requests efficiently.
  • Conduct health risk assessments and follow up on hospital discharge calls.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Capability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • An Associate degree is preferred.
