Fairlife, LLC is a dynamic and innovative nutrition company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating workflow, executing employee initiatives, and supporting the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Structure and organize workflow across the HR leadership team
  • Maintain the annual HR planning calendar and coordinate updates, actions, and routines
  • Facilitate onsite interview processes at our HQ office
  • Coordinate local training logistics at our HQ office
  • Assist in university recruiting and internship program preparation
  • Maintain and track HR budget
  • Support HR and employee connection points between fairlife and The Coca-Cola Company
  • Develop, compile, and review standard reports, presentations, and employee communications
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred, or combination of education and relevant work experience required
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to manage a high volume of external and internal facing requests with organization and a sense of urgency
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, discretion, and judgment at all times
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
