Position Overview:
As a Guest Reservation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and hospitality to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming calls from guests, ensuring their reservations are secured efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service by answering guest inquiries and securing reservations in a timely manner.
- Collect necessary deposits for reservations and maintain knowledge of all properties and their amenities.
- Effectively assess guest needs through active listening and offer additional services by identifying upselling opportunities, including packages and amenities.
Database Management:
- Maintain the Opera/Synxis database by accurately entering guest information.
- Stay informed about company policies and product offerings by participating in training sessions and educational opportunities.
Additional Duties:
- Assist group sales with reservations and manage overflow calls from the front desk when needed.
