Days Inn is seeking a dedicated Receptionist Specialist to manage all front desk operations and administrative tasks at our main entrance. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including handling incoming calls, operating the switchboard, and overseeing the office budget.

Your primary objective is to deliver exceptional customer service and support to our guests. As the initial point of contact for our establishment, the ideal candidate will possess a polished appearance and a friendly demeanor, complemented by excellent interpersonal skills. A knack for multitasking, along with superior communication and organizational abilities, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and provide them with exemplary customer service.
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies such as writing instruments, forms, and paper.
  • Respond to all client inquiries and manage incoming phone calls.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate departments and take accurate messages.
  • Receive all correspondence and packages, distributing them to the correct departments.
  • Monitor, organize, and forward emails efficiently.
  • Manage inventory and order office supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • Supervise the office budget effectively.
