Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Agent at The Charles Hotel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, handling room reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, and your warm and welcoming demeanor will set the tone for their stay.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle room reservations, check-ins, and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional guest services, including answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations for local attractions and amenities.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services, facilities, and local area attractions.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
