Civil Senior Principal Engineer in Water Resources

Cannon Corp is seeking a highly skilled Civil Senior Principal Engineer to join our team in West Los Angeles. As a key member of our Water Resources group, you will be responsible for managing a variety of civil engineering projects, including wastewater treatment facilities, water distribution systems, and storm drainage collection systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project scope, budgets, and schedules to ensure fulfillment of contract commitments and profitability.
  • Prepare engineering reports and analyses, designing and preparing plans, specifications, and cost estimates for water resources projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and actively seek to expand services to them.
  • Engage in professional/community activities that promote the Cannon brand.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in Civil Engineering specifically pertaining to Public Works/Water Resources projects.
  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience pertaining to Public Works/Water Resources projects.
  • California P.E. license.
  • Working knowledge of typical computer software programs used in civil engineering design.
