At Times Microwave Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled Business System Analyst to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented professional who can bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business objectives. The primary responsibility of this role will be to assist in analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and implementing technological solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and system requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and the technology team.
  • Develop and implement business solutions by analyzing requirements, studying system capabilities, identifying specifications, and communicating them effectively.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and the tech team to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and objectives.
  • Evaluate business systems and processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to address these needs.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are user-friendly.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in technology and business analysis practices to contribute to continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
  • Basic understanding of business processes and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle preferred) and other manufacturing software systems.
  • Strong Excel & data analysis skills.
  • SQL experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to remain flexible to meet constantly changing demands.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in leading process improvement projects is preferred.

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
