Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at KW Property Management, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the administrative tasks associated with property management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Supervise on-site staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Association Board of Directors and other stakeholders to ensure that the community's needs are met.
  • Prepare and present reports to management and the Board of Directors.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records and files, including financial statements, property files, and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to fair housing and accessibility.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve the overall quality of life for residents, including initiatives related to maintenance, repairs, and community events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or real estate.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, with a focus on customer service and community relations.
  • Strong knowledge of property management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Florida CAM license required.
