Job Overview & Responsibilities:

The SaaS Cloud Renewal Sales Representative will be responsible for managing the sales cycle for SaaS Cloud Renewals in a defined territory. This position will build actionable quotes for customers in advance of their renewal dates, ensuring that internal reporting and CRM systems are up to date, and maintain an accurate forecast to management by understanding a customer procurement process and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Cloud Renewals in territory, including engaging with Oracle sales teams, creating approval documentation and written justifications, quote and proposal development, and managing the Mythics CRM system.
  • Engage with customers in advance of their cloud renewal date to understand current deployment, future growth opportunities, and procurement process to renew.
  • Engage with internal resources as needed to assist customers with ensuring cloud adoption and success.
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate and current data in the Mythics CRM System with regards to opportunities, products, forecast percentage, and other important information.
  • Process cloud renewal-related orders within the Mythics CRM system in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain updated, organized files on all accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Create and link future new and existing Cloud renewals in the Mythics CRM System once the current cloud-related opportunity is processed.
  • Generate reports as requested out of the Mythics Sales Portal and/or CRM system.
  • Complete assigned training in the territory and leverage training to fulfill assigned duties in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); some college desired. Bachelor's degree preferred. Or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 0-2 Years experience providing administrative support in a sales environment or previous customer services experience.
  • Experience working with MS Office Applications, including Word & Excel.
