Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at TalentSource. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes and improving product quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Design and implement new manufacturing systems and processes to improve product quality and reduce variability.
- Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and share best practices across departments and sites.
- Develop and maintain engineering databases, item masters, bills of material, and routing files.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and processes.
- Evaluate and solve day-to-day problems related to engineering and total quality management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledgeable PC user with CAD experience.
- Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience a plus.
- Familiar with engineering and manufacturing tools and terms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
