Senior Manufacturing Engineer

CIRCOR International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure the highest quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Design and implement fixtures and gauges for manufactured parts
  • Identify and analyze root causes of failures and implement corrective actions
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects aligned with Lean Manufacturing principles
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Minimum 3-5 years of engineering experience
  • Experience in machining and high mix-low volume environments is advantageous
