Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Role Model: Provide exceptional dining service to our residents, setting the standard for quality and excellence.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Assist in training and developing team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional dining service.
  • Maintain Dining Room Setup: Ensure the dining room is set up and maintained to the highest standards, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our residents.
  • Assist with Special Events: Assist with planning and executing special events, such as holiday meals and themed dining experiences.
  • Monitor Checklists: Monitor and maintain checklists to ensure the dining area is clean, ready, and meets our high standards.
  • Handle Food and Beverages: Ensure all food and beverages are handled in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma preferred, GED accepted.
  • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living.
  • Skills: Ability to handle multiple priorities, possess written and verbal skills for effective communication, competent in organizational and time management skills, and demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
