Dining Room Care Manager

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a skilled Dining Room Care Manager to provide exceptional dining and table services to residents in our community's dining rooms and designated areas.
Responsibilities- Provide dining service to residents, setting a positive example for team members
- Assist with training team members to ensure high-quality service
- Maintain proper dining room setup, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
- Assist in special events, providing exceptional service to residents and their families
- Monitor and maintain checklists to ensure dining area cleanliness and readiness
- Assist in table top inventory management, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Handle food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent in time management and problem-solving skills
