Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Leasing Sales Representative to join our team at TEC Equipment. As a key member of our leasing business, you will be responsible for growing our customer base and driving sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact prospective customers and assigned accounts within your assigned territory to identify decision makers and meet sales quotas.
  • Develop proper equipment specifications for opportunities by staying current on medium and heavy-duty truck specifications, including performance, service, and warranty information.
  • Develop and present sales proposals to prospects for all product lines, including full service lease, contract maintenance, sales, or service.
  • Create target lists, participate in sales blitzes, and pursue prospective business within assigned territory.
  • Submit required reports, including Weekly Sales Call Summary, to Leasing Manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum three years of direct lease sales experience preferred.
  • Familiar with heavy duty truck specifications, including legal, performance, and application criteria.
  • Comfortable with cold call solicitation and proficient with computer programs and MS Office.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, effective time management, and analytical skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
