Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary leasing consultant at assigned properties, handling all leasing activities, including showing apartments, processing applications, and conducting lease signings.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of prospect and resident activities, events, and interactions within our CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospective residents, ensuring a high level of customer service, communication, and engagement.
  • Research and understand market competition to inform leasing strategies.
Customer Service
  • Provide exceptional service to prospective and current residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Effectively communicate with team management on daily happenings.
Property Performance
  • Assist in achieving property occupancy and leasing goals by implementing effective leasing strategies.
  • Work closely with the Property and/or Regional Manager, Operations Support Manager, and Leasing & Sales Manager to identify and address performance issues at assigned properties.
  • Contribute to the implementation of focus and marketing plans to improve performance.
  • Attend focus calls as needed or required to understand property challenges and assist in plans for improvement.
Requirements
  • BA or BS degree from a four-year college or university with a focus in Real Estate, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-family leasing or operations.
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance in leasing.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), Yardi experience preferred. Yardi CRM experience strongly preferred.
