Business Process Manager, Buying Programs
We are pleased to present an opportunity for a Business Process Manager within a leading multimedia and creative software organization. The Buying Programs team at Adobe is dedicated to providing scalable purchasing solutions tailored for organizations of varying sizes, aiming to enhance the overall buying experience for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the product owner and lead for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) concerning our B2B low-touch Quote-to-Cash workflows.
  • Evaluate intricate business requirements, converting them into epics and user stories, and subsequently into test scenarios and plans.
  • Communicate testing strategies, results, risks, and recommendations effectively to the core project team and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate weekly collaborative meetings with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, explore solutions, and prioritize system enhancements.
  • Document processes and create flowcharts for new or modified business procedures.
  • Address production issues and work with cross-functional teams to identify corrective actions.
  • Engage in scrum meetings, backlog grooming, prioritization, design sessions, and demonstrations as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
  • Over 7 years of relevant professional experience, collaborating with diverse stakeholders across engineering, product management, marketing, and business teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively prioritizing tasks and delivering results under pressure.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; capable of conveying complex information to various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes is advantageous.
  • Experience in phasing out applications or processes is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in standard software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat).
  • Additional desirable skills include familiarity with Jira, SAP, MS SharePoint, Atlassian Confluence, APIs/automation processes, and understanding of subscription business models.

Compensation:
Up to $81.90 per hour.
