Job Title: Business Process and Change Analyst

Cypress HCM is seeking a highly skilled Business Process and Change Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving organizational change, change management, and business user testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and implement process improvements.
  • Coach and mentor change agents and managers to execute project-specific change strategies and training plans.
  • Develop and deliver product and process-specific training related to our Enterprise Go-To-Market offers.
  • Communicate changes to global operational and approval teams that impact deals they support.
  • Lead business user acceptance testing from pre-planning through to execution and launch.
  • Participate in projects within Pricing and Revenue Operations and advocate for continuous improvement in quote-to-cash processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business process improvement and change management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to articulate challenges and inform decisions.
  • Proven ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Compensation:
  • Up to $54.93 per hour.
