Aquatic Facility Administrative Assistant Opportunity at Aquamotion Swim School LLC
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Aquamotion Swim School LLC in Pembroke Pines. This is a part-time and full-time opportunity for an organized individual who can provide excellent customer service, maintain records, and support the overall operations of our swim school.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and parents via phone, email, or in-person
- Maintain accurate records of student registrations, payments, and communication
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Support the management team with various projects and initiatives
- Promote a positive and welcoming environment for all students, families, and staff members
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
