Talent Sourcer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Sourcer to join our team at NavitsPartners. As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top candidates for various roles, particularly hard-to-fill positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Candidate Sourcing: Generate high-quality candidates for assigned job openings by actively mining Taleo and other job boards.
  2. Social Media Sourcing: Utilize Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to build a pipeline for niche, hard-to-fill, or similar job categories.
  3. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' fit, qualifications, and interest, then present qualified candidates to recruiters or hiring managers.
  4. Talent Pool Management: Maintain a talent pool of passive candidates to streamline future sourcing efforts.
  5. Recruiting System Management: Regularly update recruiting systems (Taleo) with candidate status and progress.
  6. Onboarding Support: Provide onboarding support and assist the department as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: Proven ability to generate qualified candidates for multiple job openings.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using Taleo, Boolean searches, and other online job platforms.
  • Social Media Proficiency: Proficiency in social media networks like LinkedIn for talent sourcing.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and screening skills to assess candidate qualifications.
  • ATS Experience: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Relevant Experience: At least 1 year of relevant HR or talent sourcing experience.
