Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive communication and provide technical expertise to establish project goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of engineers and designers to deliver project success through scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Identify and mitigate current and future risks, and consolidate best practices from project execution.
  • Manage and interpret data and results for multiple projects, and plan and communicate needs for Kiewit Engineering resources to support projects.
  • Responsible for meeting project engineering schedules and budgets, and support Business Development activities including RFP reviews, proposals, project estimates, and engineering fee estimates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related engineering degree.
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in project management, with ability to mentor technical staff and foster a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
