About the Role

Calyx Living is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in the Triangle area. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving census generation in our assisted living communities through community engagement, events, and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver census growth through effective community engagement and sales strategies
  • Drive external business development to generate brand awareness and create community relationships
  • Manage sales lead follow-up and progression through the sales cycle
  • Coordinate and participate in community events to drive market awareness
  • Establish and execute strategic marketing plans to guide marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience in senior living, healthcare, real estate, or hospitality
