Csi Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled Referral Coordinator to join our team. As a Referral Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to new referrals, coordinating patient care, and ensuring seamless transitions between departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Intake new patients, conduct initial evaluations, and identify potential issues.
  • Provide timely responses to patient inquiries via phone and/or email, adhering to service and quality standards.
  • Coordinate patient care by scheduling orders, communicating information, and verifying patient and payment details.
  • Conduct routine patient chart audits and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism, ensuring patient relations are maintained and concerns are resolved fairly and effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including drug shipment notifications and Adverse Drug Event Reports.
Requirements
  • Pharmacy Technician License Preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center setting
  • At least 1 year of experience in a home healthcare or pharmacy
  • Basic level skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience entering data into databases
  • Basic keyboarding skills and internet skills
Work Environment

Csi Pharmacy is a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Referral Coordinator, you will be working closely with pharmacy management and insurance teams to ensure seamless patient care. You will be required to work overtime, including evenings, weekends, and/or hours outside of normal business hours.
