Key Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse on the 9th floor Acute/Progressive Universal Care Unit at UK Chandler Hospital, you will be responsible for providing total, comprehensive, continuous, and patient-centered care. This includes assessing, documenting, planning, implementing, teaching, developing, and evaluating a comprehensive nursing plan of care, delivering direct patient care, ensuring patient satisfaction, training and delegating duties for Nursing Care Technicians, and adhering to University policies and procedures.

You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to increase communication and enhance expected patient outcomes. We are seeking candidates with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Estimated salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
