Executive Director of Sales and Partnerships

At ABM Industries, Inc., we are seeking a Strategic Account Manager - Manufacturing to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expansion within the manufacturing and distribution industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including operations teams and other departments
- Create customized proposals and presentations to showcase the value proposition of ABM's services
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients
This role requires a strong understanding of the market, ABM's solutions and services, as well as the competitive landscape. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a network of skilled and informed operators who can provide valuable insights and support.
Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Requirements- 8+ years of experience in business development and sales
- Bachelor's degree or significant related experience
- Hunter mentality with services sales experience required
- Manufacturing/Distribution Facility Services Sales (janitorial, engineering, parking management, security, fire protection, pest control, etc.)
- Relevant and immediate sales contacts within the territory preferred
