We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at Duke Chevrolet GMC. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
- Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to ensure that all work is completed to their satisfaction
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician
- Valid Virginia State Inspectors License (in process or willing to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- ASE and state inspection certification reimbursement and all training expenses paid
