About the Role

Central Maine Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical practice, ensuring that we provide high-quality patient care and exceptional service to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of medical staff, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
  • Manage the practice's budget and financial operations, including revenue cycle management and financial reporting
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure that they have the necessary resources and support to provide high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a medical practice setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
