Experienced Apartment Maintenance Lead Technician Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Lead to join our team at Odin Properties.

About the Role

The primary function of this position is to lead the maintenance staff and fulfill resident work orders. Additional duties include supporting the property manager, inspecting maintenance work quality, directing maintenance staff, and setting work order priorities.

Requirements
  • Knowledge of HVAC Systems: Proficiency in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems is essential for this role.
  • Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry Skills: Experience with electrical, plumbing, and carpentry is required to perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • HVAC Certifications Preferred: Holding a certification in HVAC can be beneficial for this position.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Effective leadership and communication skills are necessary to manage the maintenance team and interact with residents.
  • Teamwork and Attitude: A positive attitude, dependability, and professionalism are crucial for success in this role.
