Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to multiple programs, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Assist with budget preparation, financial reporting, and other administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and make travel reservations.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and direct visitors to the appropriate person.
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other administrative tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with database management and data analysis.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
