Key Responsibilities

The Underground Construction Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the safe execution of all drilling and grouting operations.
  • Planning and allocating labor resources effectively.
  • Managing and maintaining equipment resources.
  • Coordinating subcontractor activities.
  • Overseeing materials management and coordination.
  • Collaborating with QA/QC teams to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Supervising all field operations related to drilling and grouting.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 15 years of supervisory experience in dam grouting projects.
  • At least 7 years of experience as a Drilling/Grouting Supervisor on successfully completed projects.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work safely in various construction environments.
  • Legal authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
