Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Therapeutic Program Manager to oversee and enhance all facets of our clinical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead therapeutic and clinical services while managing associated administrative duties.
  • Implement trauma-informed, survivor-centric clinical interventions tailored for individuals with diverse abuse histories, including child sexual abuse, adolescent sexual assault, and sex trafficking.
  • Collaborate with trafficking survivors, professionals, and graduate-level social work interns.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a license in Social Work or a comparable credential, along with significant experience in the field.

Employment Details: This is a full-time position requiring 32 hours per week, with a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $67,000 annually. We offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, along with generous paid time off, a flexible hybrid work environment, paid respite leave, and opportunities for professional development.
