Phlebotomist - Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team in a client office setting. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care, collecting medical specimens, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of laboratory results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood and other medical specimens from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques
- Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis
- Enter patient information and specimen data into our laboratory information system
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely laboratory results
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and billing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; phlebotomy certification preferred
- Previous experience as a phlebotomist or in a related healthcare role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (if applicable)
