We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Agent to join our team at Frank Leta Automotive Family. As a Business Development Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly Respond to Incoming Leads: Respond to incoming leads in a timely and professional manner to ensure that customers receive the attention they deserve.
  • Set Appointments: Set appointments for leads to ensure that customers have the opportunity to experience our products and services.
  • Follow Up with Unpurchased Leads: Follow up with unpurchased leads to ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience and to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maximize Appointment Show Percentages: Work to maximize appointment show percentages by ensuring that customers are well-informed and prepared for their appointments.
Requirements:
  • Eager to Learn: Be eager to learn about the automotive industry and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies.
  • Quality Customer Service Skills: Possess quality customer service skills to ensure that customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.

  • Professional Presentation: Possess a professional presentation to ensure that customers are impressed with our products and services.
  • Punctual: Be punctual and able to handle schedule flexibility to ensure that customers receive the attention they deserve.
