About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at the American Automobile Association. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our membership base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and developing new business leads through prospecting and networking
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business or business-to-consumer environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
