Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Associate to join our Private Advisor Team within the Rockefeller Global Family Office business. The successful candidate will actively support the Private Advisor team with various tasks related to managing client relationships, including financial planning, investment management, and portfolio reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare key documents and financial reports for client meetings, including consolidated net worth, asset allocation, and performance reporting.
  • Liaise with other teams to ensure client accounts are compliant and deliverables are timely and accurate.
  • Coordinate with clients and external professionals to ensure client goals and objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform one-off financial research requests using third-party data and software.
  • Handle operational aspects of client accounts, including new account paperwork, money movements, and trading.
  • Keep Client Advisors informed of client relationship status and related tasks.
  • Field general questions from clients and manage client expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience in banking or finance, or equivalent experience.
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses required.
