Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Associate to join our Private Advisor Team within our Rockefeller Global Family Office business. The Client Associate will actively support the Private Advisor team with various tasks related to managing the client relationship, including in-depth financial planning, investment management, and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare key documents and financial reports for client meetings, including consolidated net worth, asset allocation, and performance reporting.
  • Liaise with other teams to ensure client accounts are compliant and deliverables are timely and accurate.
  • Coordinate with clients and external professionals to ensure client goals and objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform one-off financial research requests using third-party data and software, and internal systems.
  • Handle operational aspects of client accounts, including money movements, trading, and new account paperwork.
  • Keep Client Advisors apprised of the status of client relationships and related tasks, and escalate client issues as appropriate.
Requirements
  • A BA/BS degree is required, with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics preferred.
  • 2-4 years of prior customer service experience within the banking or finance industry, or equivalent experience.
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses are required.
Skills
  • Basic understanding of investments and portfolio reporting.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multi-task and reassess priorities as situations arise.
  • Detail-oriented and attention to accuracy and meeting deadlines.
