Position Summary:
- Inside sales position with leads generated from walk-in inquiries and incoming calls.
- Assists families in making funeral arrangements and attends services to provide support.
- Upholding Honesty, Integrity, and Quality as our core values.
- Top-performing Family Service Counselors have the potential to earn a six-figure income.
Compensation Range: $40,000 - $75,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Various locations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education or a degree is preferred.
- A proven history of success in both inside and outside sales is highly desirable.
- May require obtaining an insurance license as mandated by applicable regulations.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with client families to ensure their needs are met.
- Represent the organization in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Conduct tours and assist families visiting cemetery locations.
- Attend services and visitations to foster relationships, provide excellent service, and encourage referrals.
- Complete necessary documentation, ensure compliance with state regulations, and adhere to company policies.
- Develop new prospects and establish community connections.
- Deliver presentations at the business location, client homes, and community events to highlight services and benefits of pre-need arrangements.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with all departments to ensure a seamless service experience for families.
- Actively engage in all required training initiatives.
- Report progress to the Sales Manager as directed.
- Schedule and conduct follow-up appointments to ensure client satisfaction and obtain referrals.
- Identify and address any hazards at the location and on the grounds.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
