Job Title: Clinical Supervisor Hospice Care Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Stillwater Hospice. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical team and driving the success of our patient care services.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of hospice nurses, LVNs, and other patient care professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop action plans to improve employee performance and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Patient Care Services to develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team conferences to discuss patient care plans, address concerns, and ensure seamless communication among team members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure exceptional patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices in hospice care to ensure our team is equipped to provide the highest level of care.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in Arizona.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in hospice care.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
