About the Role:

As a Slot Machine Technician II, you'll be responsible for:

  • Installing, testing, and maintaining slot machines and related equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspecting and testing assigned equipment, identifying defects, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Performing adjustments and repairs to electronic and electro-mechanical equipment as assigned.
  • Maintaining maximum efficiency through preventative maintenance of slot machines on the floor or in the Slot Shop.
  • Observing all safety regulations and reporting any safety hazards to your supervisor.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A combination of training or experience in electrical and electronic equipment repair.
  • Five years of casino experience, with at least two years of slot technical experience.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
