Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Review contract drawings and interview clients to determine their forming needs.
- Develop and demonstrate innovative solutions to meet customers' forming needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and implementation dates.
- Close orders and follow up to ensure successful project implementation.
- Knowledge of concrete construction and forming techniques preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read construction plans.
- Desire to succeed and ability to overcome obstacles.
- Excellent communication skills and track record of success.
- Previous sales experience not required, but successful sales track record a plus.
